— HOW IT WORKS —
For project owners
Five steps from a project posting to a collaboration worth committing to.
Back to how it works
the Process
01
STEP 01/05
Post your project
Describe what you are building, what help you need, and what a successful trial looks like. Set a clear, time-boxed goal so contributors know exactly what they are working towards. Projects are welcome at any stage, from a raw idea to an established project.
02
STEP 02/05
Go live to contributors
Once your listing is reviewed and approved, your project goes live to contributors who are interested in the work and confident they can help.
03
STEP 03/05
Review applications
Receive focused applications from contributors whose skills align with your needs. Review their experience, approach, and availability, then choose who you want to move forward with.
04
STEP 04/05
Run the trial
Work together for a defined period with a clear outcome. Test working fit, communication, and execution without long-term pressure. Trials run from one week to three months.
05
STEP 05/05
Decide what comes next
Continue the collaboration if it works, extend the scope, or part ways having made real progress. No obligation, no awkwardness. Just honest outcomes on both sides.
